Raúl E. Rodríguez Rosas is an environmental engineer with a master’s degree in Sustainable Regional and Metropolitan Studies. He has over six years of experience in the development and implementation of projects related to environmental sustainability and climate change adaptation. He has worked across the public, private, and community sectors in Mexico, applying territorial, ecosystem-based, and participatory approaches in areas such as sustainable tourism, ecological planning, waste management, ecosystem services, and vulnerability and risk analysis.
Since 2024, he has been collaborating with ICATALIST S.L. as a consultant in the MIP4Adapt area, supporting the follow-up of technical assistance to municipalities and regions under the EU Mission on Adaptation to Climate Change. His work includes the development of deliverables and the overall planning of the adaptation process, including work templates, technical tools, operational plans, reports, proposal drafting, and more. He also supports the evaluation of ICATALIST’s services for internationalization in Latin America (Mexico).
