FooDTURAMA aims to facilitate the adoption of healthy and beneficial eating habits for the planet, responding to the existing need among the Spanish population to know the impacts of the food they eat and to have alternatives for improvement.

Ideation and creation of solutions for the promotion of a sustainable and healthy food demand

Solution

The project is based on research into the main food options currently or potentially available, their impacts on the environment and people, as well as strategies to increase the preference for sustainable and healthy choices. Based on the information generated, a tool will be developed to facilitate the analysis of different food options, the personal monitoring of consumption, and food decision-making.
